Daily:
Clean base tool using soapy water. Do not use abrasives.
Inspect base tool rubber and replace if damaged.
Inspect top tool seal profiles for contamination or damage.
🔥 HOT SURFACE Do not inspect or clean the top tool while heaters are hot.
Weekly:
Check base tool feet security and height setting (where applicable).
Check base tool profiles for damage.
Clean and lubricate jaws carriage and base tool lift guide rods.
Monthly:
Dismantle top tool and inspect springs (where applicable).
Inspect top tool blades. Dress minor damage carefully.
Check and tighten shoulder screws.
