Machine Settings

Typical operator flow

1. Power on and complete the safety reset.

2. Load the required recipe (tray format).

3. Confirm tooling, film, and utilities are correct.

4. Wait for temperatures to reach setpoint.

5. Start production.

6. Monitor alarms and product quality.

7. Stop safely and isolate services when required.

HMI pages and what they’re for (typical)

Screen names vary by software version. The purpose is usually consistent.

• Home / Overview: machine state, mode selection, warm-up status.

• Run / Production: Start/Stop, live counters, cycle status.

• Recipe / Product: load, save, and edit recipe parameters.

• Setup: format setup prompts and guided checks.

• Manual / Jog: manual moves and I/O checks for trained users.

• Alarms: active alarms, alarm history, and recovery prompts.

• Maintenance: service timers, lubrication counters, planned tasks.

• Machine settings (restricted): machine constants and calibrations.

• Diagnostics (build dependent): sensors/I-O, drives, comms, logs.

1. Present RFID tag (Engineer level).

2. Navigate to Settings → Machine settings.

3. Select the relevant category.
