The i3 is an all-electric inline tray sealer designed for high-speed production.

It seals ready meal trays made from plastic, board, or foil (tooling dependent).

7. Description of operation (high level)

  1. Trays are fed and spaced on the infeed conveyor.

  2. Transfer arms move trays into the seal station.

  3. Base tool lifts trays into position against the top tool and film.

  4. Heat and pressure seal the film to the tray flange.

  5. Film is cut to the tool perimeter.

  6. Trays return to the outfeed conveyor.
